Bootleg initially produced six beers and has now grown into an extended line-up featuring delicious core range beers and outstanding limited releases. This growth has cemented Bootleg as one of Margaret River’s favored beer-sipping destinations.
Our boutique restaurant offers a variety of options, from salty snacks and tasting plates to full meals. The menu showcases fresh, seasonal produce from our region, ensuring that our customers are constantly spoilt for choice. Enjoy crispy chips with house-made aioli, buffalo chicken wings with ranch sauce, the Bootleg Classic Burger with a farmhouse beef patty, or the Bootleg Beer Battered Fish & Chips featuring Sweet Lip Snapper. For lighter options, try the celeriac, apple & kale salad or the Brewers Board with homemade hummus, olives, and prosciutto. Little ones can delight in their own taste sensations from our kid’s menu and then burn off energy on the exciting playground.
