Terms & Conditions
There is no cost to enter the lottery as one numbered raffle ticket is received per drink purchased each Sunday between the hours of 12:00 pm and 3:00 pm.
The draw is conducted on the same Sunday after 3:00 pm, immediately following the closure of the lottery on the specified Chase the Ace day.
Entrants (staff of Bootleg Brewery are not eligible to enter) must retain their raffle tickets to be included in the lottery and listen for the announcement of the winning raffle ticket when it is drawn from raffle stubs after 3:00 pm by the approved manager.
If the winner of the lottery cannot be found within 2 minutes of announcements taking place, redraws will occur until a lottery winner is found.
The winner of the lottery draw must then choose from a selection of cards that are face-down on a board and one of these remaining face-down cards must be the ace of spades.
If the winner of the lottery draw successfully selects the ace of spades they are entitled to the prize money (maximum of $5500 AUD), of which $400 may be collected that day in cash and the remainder within 5 working days of successful ace of spades card selection.
Suspected tampering or any attempts to defraud the competition may result in its cancellation, replacement of the cards and/or revision of the prize money to starting amount ($400).
Once the trade promotion lottery has commenced it cannot be cancelled or withdrawn without prior written approval of the Gaming and Wagering Commission
Records relating to the lottery and any winners of the prize money shall be maintained for a period of twelve months and shall be made available to an authorized officer of the Gaming and Wagering Commission or a Police Officer upon request.
Where practicable, members of the public will be afforded the opportunity to witness the draw
